Tina Nottingham
I have worked for the firm since 1989, starting my career as a secretary. Having never worked in the law previously (I came from a retail environment), I enjoyed every bit of it, and I still do!
I was encouraged and supported by the firm to develop my skills, and I qualified as a Legal Executive in 1994, specialising in Employment Law and Management. Since then, I have worked mainly with Legal Aid, and, with the introduction of the Specialist Quality Mark I took on the role of Franchise Manager for the firm. I remain in that role now, and am also Office Manager to the Hartlepool Branch.
