Wills
Many people do not make a will believing that this is only for the rich. However without a will your estate ( which includes everything that you own at the date of your death ) will not automatically go to your spouse or partner potentially leaving that person vulnerable. It is essential that we get our affairs in order to ensure that our assets are passed on to those we love and to minimize the stress to our family at an already difficult time.
Making a will does not have to be costly and allows you to:
-
Appoint your choice of Executors to carry out your wishes.
-
Confirm your wishes as to whom you wish to benefit from your property, savings and treasured possessions
-
Nominate guardians of your choice to care for your children .
-
Set out your wishes with regard to funeral arrangements
Probate
Following a bereavement there are many legal and practical issues which need to be resolved and we can deal with the application to the Probate Registry and the administration of the estate on your behalf.
Our charges are competitive and we are more than happy to discuss these with you and are willing to offer you an estimate of the costs involved .
